On the November ballot, under Proposition 6, voters will have the opportunity to unlock a $1 billion investment in loans and grants to finance water supply development, infrastructure repair, water conservation projects, and water awareness.

This important legislation, subject to voter approval, will enact the Texas Water Fund (TWF) and will be administered by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB).
