Daniel Oney, Ph.D.

Research Economist

Texas Real Estate

Texas A&M University

Dr. Oney is an applied economist with over 25 years’ experience in real estate, economic development, labor, and public finance. Currently he is a research economist at the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University. His focus at the Center is developing an analytical and forecasting framework for Texas commercial markets.
